   Working principle of industrial dust collectors:

   01. Dust-laden gas enters the first-stage coarse filter of the filter through the intake port, where large particles accumulate on the surface of the filter material to form a solid dust layer, preventing large dust particles from passing through.

   02. The clean air after the first-stage primary filter is discharged outdoors by the fan or pressurized and sent indoors after passing through the second-stage high-efficiency filter.

  03. The high-efficiency filter element is a sub-micron aperture filter element with good air permeability and anti-fouling ability. When containing a large amount of dust, it can block larger particles from penetrating; when containing a small amount of dust, it can also effectively retain particles.

  Commonly used dust removal equipment in industries includes:

   01. Desulfurization dust collector

  Mainly used in coal-fired power generation or boiler dust removal processes, it effectively promotes the full dissolution and neutralization of flue gas and spray water by increasing the contact surface between flue gas and the water solution, thereby achieving dust removal and desulfurization effects.

   02. Bag dust collector

   Mainly collects dust through dust collection bags. According to its design principles, it can be divided into mechanical vibration bag dust collectors, atmospheric reverse blow bag dust collectors, and pulse jet bag dust collectors. It is primarily used to separate particulate dust and fine dust in industrial production.

   03. Wet dust collector

   The equipment can be divided into water-storage wet dust collectors, pressurized water spray wet dust collectors, and forced rotation spray wet desulfurization dust collectors. Based on energy consumption, they can be categorized as low-energy and high-energy consumption. According to gas-liquid contact methods, they can be classified as integrated and dispersed contact dust collectors.

   04. Central dust collection system

  This equipment is a complete set of dust removal equipment that can both remove dust and store dust and particulates.

   05. Mobile dust collector

   This equipment is portable and consists of a chamber, fan, filter bag, and dust collector. It is compact, small in size, and easy to transport, mainly used in environments with low dust levels, and also suitable for individual and small-scale production dust environments.
